cebufineproperties.com is headed by Englishman Ron Garrard ably assisted by his wife Susan and other dedicated staff members. They reside in Maribago, Mactan on the eastern side of the island. Ron has spent most of his working life in Sales & Marketing having worked in Europe, the United Sates, Hong Kong, Singapore as well as the Philippines. Initially CFP's area of operation was Cebu City and surrounding towns, but after 2 years it was noted that over 95% of sales were for Mactan properties. It was decided as from 2007 the company will focus solely on serving clients who wish to live on Mactan.
